• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems and plumbing systems for residential and commercial customers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC and plumbing issues to ensure optimal system performance.
• Provide excellent customer service, explaining repairs, installations, and maintenance plans to clients.
• Collaborate with the team to complete installations and repairs efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and manufacturer instructions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior experience as an HVAC technician and/or plumber and HVAC & plumbing certifications (preferred but not required).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must pass background and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
